NOTICE OF MEETINGS
OPEN BOARD MEETING
(Board
meetings are available by audio webcast and telephone.)
Wednesday, March 8, 2006, 9:00 a.m.
- Planned major maintenance (estimated 1-hour
discussion). The Board will discuss whether to add to its agenda a
project to address planned major maintenance activities.
- Variability
to consider when applying Interpretation 46(R) (estimated
1-hour discussion). The Board will discuss comment letters received
on proposed FSP FIN 46(R)-c, “Determining the Variability to Be
Considered in Applying FASB Interpretation No. 46(R),” and redeliberate
certain decisions.
- Open discussion. If necessary, the Board will allow time to
discuss minor issues with staff members on technical projects or
administrative matters. Those discussions are held following regular
Board meetings as topics come up.
OPEN EDUCATION SESSION
Wednesday, March 8, 2006, following the Board meeting
The Board will hold an educational, non-decision-making session to
discuss topics that are anticipated to be discussed at the March 15, 2006
Board meeting. Those topics will be posted to the FASB calendar four
days prior to the education session.
BOARD ACTIONS

2006.
