OPEN ROUNDTABLE DISCUSSION ON THE AICPA STATEMENT OF POSITION

The Board will meet with interested parties to discuss issues
associated with the implementation of AICPA Statement of Position 05-1,
Accounting by Insurance Enterprises for Deferred Acquisition Costs in
Connection With Modifications or Exchanges of Insurance Contracts.
OPEN MEETING WITH REPRESENTATIVES OF THE NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF
COLLEGE AND UNIVERSITY BUSINESS OFFICERS
Tuesday, January 9, 2007, 1:00 p.m.
The Board will meet with representatives of the Accounting Principles
Council of the National Association of College and University Business
Officers to discuss matters of mutual interest.
OPEN MEETING OF THE INVESTORS TECHNICAL ADVISORY COMMITTEE

Thursday, January 11, 2007, 2:30 p.m.
The Investors Technical Advisory Committee will hold its inaugural
meeting with the Board and plans to discuss the following topics:
- Organizational matters
- FASB projects and agenda priorities
- Fair value accounting for financial instruments
- The transition approaches to new accounting standards.
