The staff in the SEC’s Division of Corporation Finance has updated its compliance and disclosure interpretations (C&DIs) related to Securities Act Section 5 by updating Question 139.13 and removing Questions 139.15, 139.16, 139.17, 139.18, 139.19, and 139.20.
