To further increase the transparency of our filing review program, on July 1, 2015, the staff of the Division of Corporation Finance will begin releasing through the EDGAR system correspondence with issuers relating to Securities Act registration statements that are not selected for review. Traditionally these documents have not been released to the public absent a request under the Freedom of Information Act. We will release these "no-review" letters with respect to registration statements that have an effective date of June 1, 2015 or later.
