The International Accounting Standards Board (IASB) congratulates Russ Golden on his appointment as Chairman of the Financial Accounting Standards Board.
Hans Hoogervorst, Chairman of the IASB commented: "Russ is
an excellent choice to serve as Chairman of the FASB. He commands great respect
among all of our Board members. I would also like to place on record my thanks
to Leslie Seidman and wish her well in the
