Sir David Tweedie inducted into Accounting Hall of Fame

Ohio State University has announced the induction of Sir David Tweedie into its prestigious Accounting Hall of Fame. Sir David was the first Chairman of the IASB and served between 2001 and 2011.

Commenting on his induction, Hans Hoogervorst, Chairman of the IASB said:

"This award recognises the immense contribution David has made to the quality of financial reporting worldwide, including in the United States. I congratulate David on this prestigious and highly-deserved award."
