Writing in the January 2014 issue of the CPA Journal (United States), former Board member Paul Pacter reports that a detailed study of the adoption of IFRS in 122 jurisdictions provides solid evidence that IFRS has already become the de facto global language for financial reporting. Study of additional jurisdictions is ongoing.
