the Goodwill and Impairment project, is now available.
The Discussion Paper sets out possible ways to improve the information companies provide
to investors, at a reasonable cost, about the acquisitions those companies make. This
second webinar explains the Board’s preliminary views about improving disclosures about
acquisitions.
