Forthcoming IFRS publication alert—proposed narrow-scope amendments to IFRS 3 and IFRS 11 to be issued

We are pleased to announce that work is at an advanced stage on the following document, which we expect to be issued on 28 June 2016:

• Exposure Draft: Definition of a Business and Accounting for Previously Held Interests (Proposed Amendments to IFRS 3 and IFRS 11)

The Exposure Draft will be available to download from the comment on a proposal section of ifrs.org.

eIFRS/Comprehensive subscribers will be able to download the document here. Comprehensive subscribers will be sent a printed copy of the document. Printed copies will also be available to order from the Web Shop.
