    Sustainability Standards Advisory Forum calls for candidates
The IFRS Foundation invites nominations of candidates for membership of the
                Sustainability Standards Advisory Forum. Nominations and applications are invited by
                11 July 2022.
        Linda Mezon-Hutter and Robert Uhl appointed to the International Accounting Standards Board
The IFRS Foundation Trustees announced the appointment of Linda Mezon-Hutter and Robert Uhl
                to serve as members of the IFRS Foundation’s International Accounting Standards
                Board. The Trustees also announced the reappointment of Nick Anderson, Jianqiao Lu
                and Ann Tarca to serve a second term.
        Staff request for feedback to inform future development of the IFRS Sustainability Disclosure Taxonomy for digital reporting
The staff request for feedback outlines staff recommendations
                to inform the development of a taxonomy to enable digital consumption of
                sustainability disclosures prepared using the International Sustainability Standards
                Board’s IFRS Sustainability Disclosure Standards. The staff recommendations focus on
                fundamental matters that need to be considered early to enable the ISSB to publish
                the IFRS Sustainability Disclosure Taxonomy on a timely basis.
        Integrated Reporting—articulating a future path
The International Accounting Standards Board Chair Andreas Barckow and International
                Sustainability Standards Board Chair Emmanuel Faber communicated plans for the future role, governance and
                development of the VRF’s Integrated Reporting Framework and Integrated Thinking
                Principles.
        G7 welcomed ISSB's work to deliver global baseline of sustainability disclosures
The G7 welcomed the inauguration of the International Sustainability Standards
                    Board (ISSB) and its progress of work on the global baseline of
                sustainability reporting standards. They welcomed the ISSB’s "path to global baseline" statement of 18 May 2022 and called on all relevant
                stakeholders to participate in the ongoing consultation on the proposed
                standards.

                    outlined the necessary steps required to establish a comprehensive global
                    baseline of sustainability disclosures.
