COSO and Deloitte Issue Guidance on Cyber Risk

In collaboration with Deloitte Risk & Financial Advisory, the Committee of Sponsoring Organizations of the Treadway Commission (COSO) has released Managing Cyber Risk in a Digital Age.

The guidance provides “an overview for business executives and board members on cyber risk management through principles defined in the COSO Enterprise Risk Management Framework.”
