SBAC Holds December 2019 Meeting

The Small Business Advisory Committee (SBAC) held a meeting with the FASB on December
17, 2019.
Topics discussed at the meeting included:
- EITF Issue on issuers’ accounting for equity-classified warrant modifications.
- Interim reporting of disclosures.
- Simplifying the balance sheet classification of debt.
- Distinguishing liabilities from equity (including convertible debt).
