PCC Holds April 2020 Meeting April 22, 2020 The Private Company Council (PCC) held a meeting with the FASB on April 17, 2020. Topics discussed at the meeting included: A potential practical expedient related to measuring the grant-date fair value of equity-classified share-based payment awards. Progress with implementing the revenue recognition standard. Overview of the conceptual framework projects related to elements, measurement, and presentation. Emerging financial reporting issues that affect private companies, including those related to leases, fair value measurement, interest income recognition, and small business administration loans.
