SEC Commissioners Sworn In

The SEC has announced that Caroline A. Crenshaw and Hester M. Peirce have been sworn in as SEC commissioners. Both appointments were approved by the Senate on August 6, 2020. Ms. Crenshaw’s term will last until June 5, 2024, while Ms. Peirce’s term will expire on June 5, 2025.
