SEC Proposes EDGAR Administration Rule

The SEC has issued a proposed rule, Administration of the Electronic Data Gathering, Analysis, and Retrieval System. The proposed rule would create a new rule under Regulation S-T that would promote reliability and integrity of EDGAR submissions and provide a “process for the Commission to notify filers and other relevant persons of its actions under the proposed rule as soon as reasonably practicable."
