SEC Provides Update on COVID-19 Market Monitoring Group

The SEC has issued a public statement by SEC Chairman Jay Clayton and the SEC Chief Economist and Director S.P. Kothari on the work of the COVID-19 Market Monitoring Group. The statement provides information on “(1) the status of our ongoing coordination with domestic and foreign regulatory partners and public sector officials, and (2) certain specific medium- and longer-term market analysis work streams.”
