PCC Holds December 2019 Meeting December 23, 2019 The Private Company Council (PCC) held a meeting with the FASB on December 16, 2019. Topics discussed at the meeting included: A potential practical expedient related to measuring the grant-date fair value of equity-classified share-based payment awards. Identifiable intangible assets and the subsequent accounting for goodwill. Distinguishing liabilities from equity (including convertible debt). EITF Issue on issuers’ accounting for equity-classified warrant modifications. Simplifying the balance sheet classification of debt. The next PCC meeting is scheduled for April 16–17, 2020.
