PCC Holds December 2020 Meeting December 15, 2020 The Private Company Council (PCC) held a meeting with the FASB on December 3, 2020. Topics discussed at the meeting included: A potential practical expedient related to measuring the grant-date fair value of equity-classified share-based payment awards. Current issues in financial reporting. Update on the identifiable intangible assets and subsequent accounting for goodwill project. Outreach activities of the working group for profits interests and their interrelationship with partnership accounting. Progress in implementing the revenue recognition and leases standards.
