This publication discusses considerations related to the implementation of SEC Final Rule Release No. 33-10570, Modernization of Property Disclosures for Mining Registrants, which amends the current disclosure regime for SEC registrants with material mining operations. Compliance with the final rule’s amendments is required for fiscal years beginning on or after January 1, 2021.
