President Biden Appoints Acting SEC Chair

The SEC has announced that President Joseph Biden has appointed Allison H. Lee as acting SEC chair.

Ms. Lee was named an SEC commissioner in July 2019 and previously served in various roles on the SEC staff for over a decade.
