SEC Announces Appointments to the Division of Corporation Finance and SEC General Counsel

The SEC has announced the appointments of Renee Jones as the director of the Division of Corporation Finance (the “Division”). In addition, John Coates, who is the current acting director of the Division, has been named to the SEC General Counsel. Ms. Jones and Mr. Coates will begin their terms on June 21, 2021.
