SEC Updates EDGAR Filer Manual

The SEC has issued a final rule, Adoption of Updated EDGAR Filer Manual, Form ID Amendments. The amendments to Volume I of the EDGAR Filer Manual would “require applicants for EDGAR access who previously used the ‘Convert Paper Only Filer to Electronic Filer’ process to instead submit the Form ID and an authenticating document to apply for access to file on EDGAR.” Volume II of the manual has been revised to “reflect updates to the EDGAR system.”
