FASB Staff Issues Proposed Improvements to 2022 SEC Reporting Taxonomy and Proposed Technical Guide

The FASB staff has issued proposed technical and other conforming improvements to the 2022 SEC Reporting Taxonomy and an accompanying proposed technical guide.
