SEC Appoints PCAOB Board Member to Second Term

The SEC has appointed PCAOB board member Anthony C. Thompson to a second term. Mr. Thompson was first appointed to the Board on January 3, 2022, to fill a position whose term expired on October 24, 2022; his second term will end on October 24, 2027.
