SEC Staff Updates C&DIs on Non-GAAP Financial Measures

The staff in the SEC’s Division of Corporation Finance has updated its compliance and disclosure interpretations (C&DIs) related to non-GAAP financial measures by revising Questions 100.01, 100.04, 100.05, 100.06, and 102.10(a)(b)(c).
