SEC Staff Issues Report on NRSROs

The SEC staff has issued its annual report on nationally recognized statistical rating organizations (NRSROs), which covers the period from January 1, 2021, to December 31, 2021. The report summarizes “the SEC staff’s examinations of NRSROs” and discusses “the state of competition, transparency, and conflicts of interest among NRSROs.”
