FASAC Holds December 2021 Meeting

At its December 2, 2021, meeting, the FASB’s Financial Accounting Standards Advisory Council (FASAC) discussed (1) financial performance reporting — disaggregation of performance information and (2) the FASB’s 2021 invitation to comment Agenda Consultation. In addition, the FASAC received an update on FASB activities and heard comments by SEC and PCAOB staff members on current issues and activities.
