SEC Amends Electronic Filing Requirements

The SEC has issued a final
rule, Updating EDGAR Filing Requirements and Form 144
Filings. The final rule requires “certain forms that currently are permitted
to be filed or submitted in paper format to be filed or submitted electronically”
and amends “certain forms to require structured data reporting and remove outdated
references.”
