GASB Proposes Implementation Guidance

The GASB has issued an exposure draft (ED), Implementation Guidance — Update — 2023, which addresses “application of GASB standards on leases, subscription-based information technology arrangements, and accounting changes.” Comments on the ED are due by January 20, 2023.
