PCAOB Appoints Chief Auditor

The PCAOB has appointed Barbara Vanich as its chief auditor. As indicated in the press release on the appointment, Ms. Vanich “has led [the PCAOB’s] Office of the Chief Auditor (OCA) in an acting capacity since November 2020 [and] will continue to direct OCA’s activities.”
