PCC Holds September 2022 Meeting

The Private Company Council (PCC) held a meeting with the FASB on September 22–23, 2022. Topics discussed at the meeting included:

• Targeted improvements to income tax disclosures.
• Lease accounting for entities under common control.
• Accounting for and disclosure of software costs.
• Profits interests.
• Accounting for and disclosure of crypto-assets.
• The Board’s Conceptual Framework projects on the reporting entity and recognition and derecognition.
• Stock compensation disclosures.
