SEC Updates C&DIs Related to Exchange Act Form 8-K

The SEC’s Division of Corporation Finance has recently added Questions 104B.01–.04 to its compliance and disclosure interpretations (C&DIs) related to Exchange Act Form 8-K. These new C&DIs address the deadline by which a registrant must a Form 8-K, Item 1.05, to disclose a material cybersecurity incident.
