GASB Issues Implementation Guide on Certain Pronouncements

The GASB has issued Implementation Guide No. 2023-1, Implementation Guidance Update — 2023, which addresses “application of GASB standards on leases, subscription-based information technology arrangements, and accounting changes.” In addition, the implementation guide amends a Q&A on leases from a previously issued implementation guide.
