SEC Announces EDGAR System Upgrade

The SEC has announced that (1) “the EDGAR system was upgraded to Release 23.2 and no longer supports the 2021 GAAP Financial Reporting Taxonomy and SEC Reporting Taxonomy” and (2) “the 2021 versions of the following taxonomies are no longer supported: Country (COUNTRY), Currency (CURRENCY), Document and Entity Information (DEI), and Exchanges (EXCH) taxonomies.”
