FASB Staff Proposes GAAP Taxonomy Improvements Related to Proposed ASU on Profits Interest Awards

The FASB staff has released proposed GAAP taxonomy improvements related to its proposed Accounting Standards Update (ASU) Compensation — Stock Compensation (Topic 718): Scope Application of Profits Interest Awards. Comments on the proposed improvements are due by July 10, 2023.
