FAF Announces FASB and PCC Appointments

The FAF has announced the appointment of Hillary Salo and reappointment of Susan Cosper to the FASB. Ms. Salo’s first term and Ms. Cosper’s second term will both begin on July 1, 2024, and end on June 30, 2029.

In addition, the FAF announced that David Finkelstein has been appointed to the Private Company Council (PCC) to replace Jeremy Dillard. Mr. Finkelstein will serve a three-year term beginning on January 1, 2024, and ending on December 31, 2026, after which he will be eligible for reappointment.
