FASB’s Investor Advisory Committee Holds November 7 Meeting

The FASB’s Investor Advisory Committee (IAC) held a meeting on November 7, 2024. In addition to giving an update on the projects on its agenda (both current projects and those that have recently been completed) at the meeting, the FASB discussed its agenda consultation process. Consultation topics on which the IAC provided its feedback included:

• Business combinations.
• Company spending.
• Lending.
• Deposits.
• Insurance and reinsurance.
• Financial key performance indicators.
• Disclosures by geography and product information.
