SEC Monitors California Wildfires

The SEC has announced that it is continuing to monitor the effects of the California wildfires and will consider whether to grant “relief from filing deadlines and other regulatory requirements for those affected.” In the meantime, entities and investors are encouraged to reach out to the SEC with any concerns or questions.
