FASAC Holds June 5 Meeting

The FASB has posted to its Web site a recap of the June 5, 2025, meeting of the Financial Accounting Standards Advisory Council (FASAC). Topics discussed at this meeting include private credit and debt disclosures; business combinations; and “current geopolitical, economic and regulatory trends,” including whether the disclosure requirements related to risks and uncertainties need to be improved.

The next FASAC meeting is scheduled for September 18, 2025.
