SEC Announces New Appointments

The SEC has announced that Kurt Hohl has been named SEC chief accountant; his appointment will begin on July 7, 2025. Other new SEC appointments include:

• Brian Daly as the director of the Division of Investment Management (effective as of July 8, 2025).
• Jamie Selway as the director of the Division of Trading and Markets (effective as of June 17, 2025).
• Erik Hotmire as chief external affairs officer and director of the Office of Public Affairs (effective as of June 16, 2025).
