PCAOB Releases 2025 Annual Report

The PCAOB has released its annual report for fiscal year 2025. Among other things, the report includes the following:

• An introductory message from PCAOB Chairman Demetrios (Jim) Logothetis.
• Highlights of the Board’s accomplishments during 2025, including those related to inspections, registrations, standard-setting activities, enforcement, and collaboration with international regulators.
• A financial review of the Board’s programs and activities, including its audited financial statements and the accompanying notes.
