SEC Releases New CFI on Securities Act Rules

The SEC has released Question 260.40 of its corporation finance interpretations (CFIs) on the Securities Act rules. The new CFI addresses a specific scenario involving an issuer’s verification of an investor’s accredited status in a Rule 506(c) offering related to a tokenized security.
