PCC Publishes Annual Report for 2025

The Private Company Council (PCC) has published its annual report for 2025. The report includes:

• An introductory letter from PCC Chair Jere Shawver.
• Highlights of the PCC’s accomplishments over the past year, including its completion of projects on (1) the measurement of credit losses for accounts receivable and contract assets and (2) presentation and disclosure of retainage for construction contractors.
• A discussion of topics on which the PCC sought feedback from private-company stakeholders.
• The PCC’s strategy for the upcoming year.
