SEC Amends Guidance on Confidential Treatment Applications

The SEC has amended its guidance
Confidential Treatment Applications Submitted Pursuant to Rules 406 and
24b-2. Specifically, the amendments address the options available to companies
when a confidential treatment order “is about to expire.”
