PCAOB Appoints Director of Office of Communications and Engagement

PCAOB Chair Erica Williams has announced the appointment, effective immediately, of Kent Bonham as the director of the Office of Communications and Engagement. Mr. Bonham “has led the office in an acting capacity since April 2022” and “will continue to oversee the PCAOB’s external and internal communications, government affairs, and outreach to investors and other stakeholders.”
