SEC Creates Two New Offices as Part of Disclosure Review Program

The SEC has announced plans to establish a new Office of Crypto Assets and Office of Industrial Applications and Services as part of the Division of Corporation Finance’s (the “Division’s”) Disclosure Review Program. As noted by Division Director Renee Jones, the new offices are being added in light of “recent growth in the crypto asset and the life sciences industries.”
