GASB Issues Exposure Draft Related to Cloud Computing Arrangements

The GASB has issued an exposure draft (ED), Additional Proposal for Implementation Guidance Update — 2023, which addresses whether a “cloud-computing arrangement meet[s] the definition of a subscription-based information technology arrangement.” Comments on the ED are due by March 10, 2023.
