SEC Staff Updates C&DIs on Pay Versus Performance

The staff in the SEC’s Division of Corporation Finance has updated its compliance and disclosure interpretations (C&DIs) related to Regulation S-K, Item 402(v), on pay versus performance. Specifically, Questions 128D.01 through 128D.13 have been added and Questions 228D.01 and 228D.02 have been revised.
