SEC Issues Proposal Related to Privacy Act Regulations

The SEC has issued a proposed rule, The Commission’s Privacy Act Regulations, that would amend regulations under the Privacy Act of 1974. The amendments are intended to “clarify, update, and streamline the language of several procedural provisions.”
