SEC Offers Beta Testing for EDGAR Filing Fee Modernization Rule

The SEC announced that it will offer Beta testing so that filers can “test the technical and structured data aspects” of SEC Final Rule Release No. 33-10997, Filing Fee Disclosure and Payment Methods Modernization, which was adopted on October 13, 2021. Testing will be available from October 2, 2023, to December 22, 2023.
